Orders will ship within 24-36 hours, unless it’s a special order.
WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?
All orders ship via United State Postal Services, unless otherwise indicated.
BACKORDER/OUT OF STOCK?
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email/phone and advise if you want the product replaced or a refund. In most cases, a refund will automatically be issued.
WHY CAN’T I ADD AN ITEM TO THE SHOPPING CART, RESTOCKING?
The item is currently out of stock!
Due to our amazing deals and limited supplies, we are unable to guarantee future restock on any item.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
All returns must be assigned a return authorization number, all returns will be issued via email email within 48 hours.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN LABEL?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer return labels, just a return authorization number.
Once the item is return and received in good condition* and original package, a refund we will issue for the purchase cost. Please note shipping cost are not refundable.
*If an item is damaged/used the product may be returned to you or there will be a damaged fee, (Damaged fee varies depending on the extent of damaged).
